  • change of obsolete cementitious chipboard of metal forming workshop to insulated side panels
  • changing of old doors and widows of workshops to new insulated plastic ones
  • changing of plated industrial gates to sectioned, insulated ones
  • supplement of green energy heating system with automated controller and adjustable fuel handling system
  • modernization indoor lighting of workshops with  vibration-free electronic ignition fluorescent lamps and glare-free industrial LED reflectors
  • changing of outdoor lightning from outworn mercury vapor lamps to high brigtness LED spotlights with low power consumption
  • changing of workshop floor to polished concrete pavement
  • renewal of outdoor storage place roof
